Experiential Values of an Unknown Indian!

Everyone has his or her own experiences. You learn as you experience and age and jot them down for your own clarity. If it helps some one in this process it is definitely worth it. Frankly I would not have put them together if not for a colleague who asked if I had any suggestions. Karam Podi | Try it if you Lack Appetite

Karam Podi literally means hot (chilli) powder Podi (powder) is a trademark  ingredient on the  tables of any  Andhra Hotel.  Karam Podi, which literally means hot (chilli) powder, is not usually served. Like most podi's Karam Podi is usually mixed in hot rice with a dash of ghee and eaten as the first serving during lunch of dinner. Karam Podi is particularly  different because it is generally served to enhance the appetite! and as one can guess not generally served in restaurants! Simple to make and is a must if you lack appetite or your taste buds are numb for a variety of reasons. You will need (Ingredients) 100 gms of red chillies 100 gms of garlic Salt 2 table spoons of ghee passion for cooking!
