Quick Capsicum Paneer Dish

Inredients [a] 200 gms Paneer (Amul) [b] One big onion [c] Two medium size capsicum [d] Salt to taste [e] 2 teaspoon of oil [f] 1/2 teaspoon Onion Garlic Powder Procedure (what I did!) [A] Cut the onion and capsicum into  1/4 inch or smaller squares [B] Cut the paneer into 1/2 inch triangles (contrast  with square pieces) [C] Put the Non-stick Kadai on high flame with oil [D] Put the onion and capsicum and stir fry it. [E] Now put some salt and fry on lower flame [F] Now put the paneer and stir it continuously [G] when done, put the onion-garlic powder into the mix [H] Fry it so that things mix well Directly into the plate when hot and eat with roti 😉   More or less it should look like this!  

Plain Palak Soup

Ingredients (O optional)  X 10-15 large Palak leaves  X 2 large tomatoes  O 2 cloves, 4 pepper seeds  O few strands of coriander leaves O 1/2 inch Ginger O Butter X Salt to taste X 1/2 lemon Procedure (I follow) - clean palak leaves (I keep the stem) and tomatoes - cut the tomatoes into 1/4 - put the palak, tomatoes with salt (all the optional ingredients) into a cooker with little water. - pressure cook (wait for the first whistle, sim and keep it for 5 minutes) - wait until lid opens. - transfer all the cooked material (without water) in a mixie and make a smooth paste. - put the cooker with the water used for cooking on stove to boil - transfer the paste from mixie to cooker - bring to boil, and slow the flame - add pepper powder and stir - remove from flame - squeeze 1/2 a lemon - stir and serve with a hint of butter Outcome!! Soup in a Bowl! Some intermediate Steps!           Put all the ingredients in a cooker and bring to a boil Minus the Water transfer all the cooked ingredient
