Inredients
[a] 200 gms Paneer (Amul)
[b] One big onion
[c] Two medium size capsicum
[d] Salt to taste
[e] 2 teaspoon of oil
[f] 1/2 teaspoon Onion Garlic Powder
Procedure (what I did!)
[A] Cut the onion and capsicum into 1/4 inch or smaller squares
[B] Cut the paneer into 1/2 inch triangles (contrast with square pieces)
[C] Put the Non-stick Kadai on high flame with oil
[D] Put the onion and capsicum and stir fry it.
[E] Now put some salt and fry on lower flame
[F] Now put the paneer and stir it continuously
[G] when done, put the onion-garlic powder into the mix
[H] Fry it so that things mix well
Directly into the plate when hot and eat with roti 😉
